SUPREME COURT CASES.

AUCKLAND, March 17. Sitting in divorce jurisdiction to-day Mr. Justice Cooper granted a decree nisi in the case Adolph Frederick Lorie v. Sarah Lorie, desertion for over five years. His Honor refused to grant a discharge to James Scott Wilson, adjudicated bankrupt nearly four years ago. Bankrupt filed in May, 1909, and the estate paid 5%d. His Honor said bankrupt entered into the flaxmilling business with a capital of only £100, and when insolvent entered into another speculation. Reckless trading such as this could not be countenanced, but permission would be granted to renew the applications in six months. _
