BRITAIN AND GERMANY.

Herr yon Jagow, Minister for Foreign Affairs, discussing in the Reichstag the naval estimates, emphasised Germany's good relations with the Powers, particularly England. , Admiral yon Tirpitz, Minister for the Admiralty, referring to Mr. Churchill's recent speech, saidi a proportion of 10. to 16 between the British and German fleets would be acceptable for the next few years. His department would raise no objection.
