HOME RULE FOR IRELAND.
THE FINANCIAL PROVISION
(By Tel.—Press Assocn.—Copyright.)
LONDON, Nov. 20
Mr Bnnbury moved an amendment that payments for all Irish services should not involve a charge upon the British taxpayers. This was negatived by 328 to 208 and the resolution was carried by 318 to 207.
