The official figures of the National Prohibition poll taken in December last show th?it there were 590,042 electors on the rolls and that 465,604 valid votes were Cast. The voting pro and con was as follows: — For National Itsue 259,943 Against 205,661 Total votes 465,604 Three-fifths of total 279,362 Votes in favor 259,943 Deficit 19,410 LOCAL OPTION. The aggregate votes for Continuance (and restoration in No-License disi i-fctfO were r-"7,025. The aggregate votes for No-License (and against Restoration) were 234.653
