A WARNING TO FRANCE.
BERLIN, May !
The Norddeutsche Algemeiue Zeitung publishes an official warning to France of the consequences of any wrong action, and hopes that events will enable France to keep to her programme and not to occupy Fez. The independence of the Sultan is an os=-s'-ntial feature of the Act of Algeciras. and a breach would restore all Powers' freedom in the matter.
The Austrian Foreign Office has issued a similar warning.
