TO THWART GERMAN SCHEMES,
PARIS, April 11. Maimon, who is one of the three men arrested tor removing documents from the Foreign Office and disclosing- their contents to England, has admittpd communicating a summary of the Russo-German agreement to a London evening paper. The summary was in Routet's handwriting, and therefore could only have emanated from him. He forwarded the particulars to London with the object of serving French and English interests and hampering German schemes.
