KNOCKED UNCONSCIOUS.
AN AFFRAY AT GISBORNE,
GISBORNE, April 10,
James Blanch was seriously injured in an affray on Saturday night, and lies in' the hospital in an unconscious condition.
At the Magistrate's Court to-day James Kerr Easton was remanded until Wednesday on a charge of assaulting Blanch.
