AUCKLAND SESSIONS,
AUCKLAND, April 10.
At the Supreme Court to-day, William George Shaw, aged 20, charged with forging and uttering, pleaded that the money was as much his as it was the man's whose name he had iorged. He was admitted to probation for two years.
Frank Muller, aged 27, formerly in the United States Navy, charged with assaulting and causing bodily harm at Hamilton, was sentenced to six jyionths , - imprisonment.
Kaile Laar, a foreign seaman, admitted stabbing another sailor with a knife. He was (sentenced to six months' imprisonment.
