BOROUGH OF WHANGAREI.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a special meeting of the Whanarare; Borough Council held on the 13th day of February, 1911, a resolution was passed:—
That. By-laws 22 and 24 of tha Borough By-laws regulating the size and area of sections upon which dwelling houses may be erected be amended and re-enacted.
And further that Itinerant Traders be defined and licensed. The full text of such resolution and proposed Bylaws lies open for inspection at the office of the Whangarei Borough Council during office hours from the date hereof.
And a meeting to confirm or otherwise amend such resolution w.i be held at the Council Chambers, Whani?arei, on the 15th day of MARCH, 1911, at 7 p.m. H. W. BRIGGS, Acting-To-, m Clerk. Dated this 15th Day of Feb., 191 i.
