RABBIT COMBINE DENIED.

PURELY MUTUAL PROTECTION

TO ELIMINATE RUBBISH.

(Received February 17.10.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 16,

Rabbit exporters strongly deny the istence of a combine to restrict ade. They are merely associated for utual protection.

The position has been brought about through over-production and reckless packing, which has placed a lot of rubbish on the market and thereby &iven Australian rabbits a bad name.

The trade is in such a precarious state that unless there is a radical change in handling the trade will have i serious set-back.
