FRED FOLEY'S PICTURES.
As advertised in this issue, the Fred Folev Company will appear in the Theatre Royal to-night. The principal item in the programme will be a presentation of the life of Napoleon, his rise and fall, from 1793 to 1821. The picture embraces Bonaparte at the Siege of Toulon, the Egyptian Campaign, his Coronation at Notre Dame, Battles of Austerlitz, Ratishon, the fall of Napoleon, Retreat from Moscow, Battle of Waterloo, at St. Helena and Death cf Napoleon, and forms the most enthralling and interesting picture known in cinematograph history. The film is 3000 feet in length and takes fifty minutes to represent. The scenery is captivating, the costumes are true to the age, and altogether the production lacks nothing of what should go to the making of a perfect presentation of the subject. In addition a number of other interesting films will be shown. Fred Foley, the great entertainer, will appear in a completely new programme of magic and ventriloquism, and illustrated songs will be sung by Mr A. Lupton. The Company carry a complete electric light plant for the projection of their pictures.
