LINKING OCEAN CABLES.
CONNECTING POINTS RECOMMENDED. (Received December 10, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Oec. 9. The West Indies Committee is urg:'ng that the projected Atlantic cable in connection with the Pacific cable should be completed by connecting Canada with the Bermudas and the B&rbadoes.
