THE OSBORNE JUDGMENT.
MADE INEFFECTIVE
(Received December 10. 11.52 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 9.
Mr Osborne states that the judgment of November 3rd makes the original Osborne judgment a dead letter, in that the opponents of Socialism can ( >e coerced into withholding opposition. He appeals for funds to carry the case to the Appeal Court.
