COLLISION IN NORTH SEA. ONE DEATH ENSUES. (Received Dec. 9, 11.22 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 8. The Great Central railway steamer Blackburn collided with the steamship "Rock" in the North Sea on Wednesday night. The former sank in a few minutes. The other steamer picked up a boat vith 18 of the crew and seven passengers. The other two boats, with; ?>i aboard, had a long exposure be 7 fore being rescued.
