PROCURING LIQUOR WHILE PROHIBITED.

H. A. Neville Avas charged on the information of the polioe with procuring liquor for a prohibited person. The defendant pleaded guilty, and was convicted and fined 40s. J. S. Grimshaw, being a prohibited person was charged Avith procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibtion order. The defendant Avas not present, aad Mr Carruth appeared for him. A fine of 40s Avas imposed Avith costs. A default of 14 days was fixed in each case.
