REGISTERED LETTERS AND PARCELS.

Registered letters and parcels for outgoing mails should be presented at he registered letter counter half an hour before the advertised time for closing- such mails. . , Late letters bearing an extra penny stamp will he received over the counter and enclosed in mail up to ten minutes after actual closing time. Late letters must not be posted in letter boxes.
