REGISTERED LETTERS AND PARCELS. Registered letters and parcels for outgoing mails should be presented at the registered letter counter half-an-hour before the advertised time for dosing such mails. Letter Boxes at Northyille, Town Wharf, Mrs. Cooper's Btore, Mairtown, Bank-street, and corner Central and 2nd Avenues, will be cleared daily at 6.40 a.m. and 3 p.m., excepting on Thursday afternoons and Sundays. Late letters bearing an extra penny stamp will be received over the counter and enclosed in mail up to ten minute? after actual closing time. Late letters must not be posted in letter boxes. • W. C.
