Cossack Atrocities.
Received Apiil 28, 9.10 a.m. St. Peteesburg, April 27. Instead of protocting the Armenians in the Shusha district who had gone to welcome their friends, the Cossacks fired volleys upon them, shot and flogged the men, outraged the women and girls, and burnt the houses. The women have sent a piteous appeal to the Czaritsa, and a Government inquiry has been ordered.
