Received January 27, 11.10 a.m. Capetown, January 2fr. •-• Dr. Jameson, speaking at a banquet in Capetown, said that if representative government was granted to the Transvaal in a few days responsible institutions would be in full swing by August, and Orangia would receive a similar constitution simultaneously.
