A commission under Commandment Tuchaiat, who is visiting 1 Antanananivo, Madagascar, to negotiate a concession to the Boers of « large tract of agricultural and pastoral . land around Lako Etassi, on condition^ that the Boers become French subjects-! and learn the language.
