ON THE BOER GENERALS. • Press Association. — Copyright. Berlin, August 18. The Berlin newspaper National Zeitung, predicts a stormy interview between the Boer generals and Dr. Leyds. The latter will be asked to disgorge. He probably will accuse the generals of mixing with the enemy, just as the Krugerites used Lucas Meyers' visit to Chamberlain as a weapon against him. But the generals are unlikely to care for those played out methods they will go forward in accordance with their own judgment and do what is best in pursuance of their mission of raisingmoney to assisttheir - distressed countrymen.
