M. FEERY FIRED AT.

Paris, December 10. A man named Aubertin yesterday fired at M. Ferry point blank twice, in the I lobby of the Chambers of deputies. Fortunately the clothes of the latter broke the force of the bullets, and only slight wounds were sustained. The assailant Aubertin, upon being arrested, stated he belonged to a band

of patriots, who were pledged to kill intriguers. Party animosity has lately become most intense. The Moderatists ascribe the crime to the virulent tone of the Eadical newspapers. London, December 10. Samuel Aubertinand an accomplice, who were deputed to murder M. Ferry were detected, and made an immediate flight, dropping a revolver on the way. Violent scenes have occured in the Chamber of Deputies, and during the disputes the Eadicals and Moderates have resorted to such means that] in the end they were simply scuffling matches.
