Lord Dunraven, addressing ;he Bounties Conference, said the fieal reform agitation was ripening, buthe deprecated any pressure being brought to bear on the Government until foe general political, astmosphere bad cleared.
Mr Morley, speaking at Hull, said the country must face a Free Trade discussion.
