RUSSIAN TROOPS IN POLAND.
London, November 30
It is reported that one hundred and fifty thousand., Russian troops are massed in. Poland, bejfpnd the ordinary force maintained in that country. PRESIDENT GREVTS MTSSSAgIT President Grevy's farewell message is couched in dignified language, without bitterness. He complains of of Mozambique, Ilkst Coast of Africa, state that some Australian, diggers have discovered a" goldfield richer than any former* in Australia.
