Negotiations are completed by the Seamen's "Union, representing the Jubilee Company, for the charter of the s.s. Stormbird, iron screw steamer. On arrival on Monday she will be put on the Whangarei trade, in place of the Bellinger, which will be transferred to another branch of the costal service not yet decided on.
