Falls, Captain Spencesf md J» Mcßbnonj clerk. The minutes Of bite last meeting were read and confirmed, and correspondence read. Acbourits to the amount of £18 13s were passed and ordered to be paid.- The chairman ; said that the contractor for the building of a bridge over Sfoney Creek had finished his contract and that the work was done well and faithfully.
