The French Ambassador at Borne has made a formal complaint to the of the speech by Signor.Crispi, on the Massowah question, in whiifth he eulogised England's policy, and declared that Italy and England were in accord with regard to Egypt. The Ambassador stated that his Government especially objected to the evident desire of Italy to minimise French rights and openly hinted that it is possible France may be compelled to assert herself . ■
