Fbiday, 24 th June. (Before Joseph Bell, J.P.) POLICa V. EVANS. John Bobebt evans was charged with being drunk at Whangarei on the 23rd of June. Prisoner pleaded guilty, and was convicted, but was allowed his dismissal by the Bench.
