Lbcoa v. Naha. Claim d 616 5/4. Mr Steadman appeared for plaintiff. Defendant did not appear. Plaintiff was examined, and said that the money had been owing for 3 yean. Defendant was now soiling some timber to a company, and- would shortly receive some mouey. He served the summons at Kaikou, on the defendant himself. Mr Steadman asked that an order be made by his Worship for payment within two months from date. Judge- I mout for plaintiff with costs £3 11/. B
