W. Oakes, C.M.G., made certain suggestions, and as the result thereof the following settlement was on the 12th July* -1923, arrived at, viz.: F A. The Workers' Industrial Union, ■of Australia (MSining Depjartmient) feavjlng carried certain resolutions [with the view of preventing stoppages at Collieries without the approval of the Executive*. p 1.
