Holland, :u.P., has wired Mr. ?>Tassey, a&king him, seeing that the election results were a clear indication of the people's opposition to wage-cutting, to make a proiiounceinent that the third cut against the Civil Servants would not be operated. Mr. iVIuK-spy's reply has been a laud silence.
