■ ' This resolution passed by the Executive of the New -Zealand Alliance of Labour should settle all doubts .as to the attitude of that body towards the efforts now being made by the Seamen's Unions: "Thjat this meeting of the Alliance of Labour, having noted that the Press has inferred on several occasions that the seamen, had not the support of the organisation or of the Labour movement generally, declares unhesitatingly ITS FULL ■ SUPPORT OF* THE SEAMEN I,NTHEIR PRESENT DISPUTE.
