CHRISTMAS GREETINGS
The Maoriland Worker sends Christmas Greetings to its readers throughout New Zealand and be- [ yond the seas.
Especially does it thank_ and express its gratitude to all those who during the strenuous year now about to close, have contributed to its columns, not excepting the critics, friendly 'and otherwise. To Mum, : Vailima, J.R.G, and The Yag, the Editor, whom they have assisted royally, extends his fraternal good wishes. May they enjoy many a good Christmas! They belong to the Fellowship. The Christmas message EpACH ON EARTH, GOODWILL TOWARD MEN, is Labour's ideal. Our most seasonable aspiration is that the workers everywhere will unite to realise it. In. this land let those- who read The Maoriland Worker set the example ! Our sineerest good wishes to all! Let us work in the New Year to Ring out old -shapes of foul disease; Ring "out the narrowing lust of gold; Ring out the thousand wars of old, King in the thousand years of peace.
