S-r James Allen has fix«fl up an agreement wich Colonel Amery, the gent who has charge- of tire Department for transporting (or is it departing?) Britain's workers Irom their native land, and we see from its terms •that ne has done good -work for the New Zealand profiteers. The Lrfjmloncorrespondent of the "Post" says that of two agreements conitQ to, tne second, relates to the training of boys and girls from 16 to 18 years ot age ija certain institutions which take in the orphan children of sailors and feoldt/ers. And then we read: "Sir Jam.es Allen, who has visited some of these insti!tut"ions j considers this agreement a most important one, as the >Doys and girls been brought up under splendid conditions, well disciplined and well trained. TH'fflY HAVE BEEN USED TO WORK. AND HAVE NOT HAD A CHANCE TO IMBIBE ANY. OF THE OBJECTIONABLE ECONOMIC THEORIES THAT ARE ABROAD TO-DAY." "The Post's" correspondent adds tha/. "this agreement will naturally have to go out to the Dominion Government lor consideration and approval/ We predict that Sir James will fc&ve no , \roublo with Mr. Nosworthy.
