PECIDES TO JOIN THE U.F.L. At the last meeting! of the abovo council,' a resolution was carried unanimously, that tbo H..8. Trades and Labor Council be altered into a District Council of tho U.F.L., and a committee was set up to draft rules in conformity with the constitution of the U.F.L. The secretary was instructed to write to' the other District Councils for a copy of their constitution for reference. It was decided, to send a letter of coudolenco to the widow of W. IT.
