Socialism is a scientific scheme of national organisation, entirely wise, just and practical. It is a kind of national co-operation. Its programme consists, essentially, of oi.e demand, that the land aJid all .ithor instruments of production and exchango shall bo the common property of the nation, and shall be used and managed by the nation for the nation.—Robert Blatchford in the "Clarion."
