The Rosedale Woollen Mills at Invercargill, which have been closed since J930 owing to the prej vailing economic conditions, have been purchased by a Christchurch syndicate. The purchasers, it is slated, take possession on May 1, and it is proposed to instal up-to-date machinery. It is believed that a considerable number of unemployed with woollen mill cxperience, will be absorbed.
