MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.

Not a great deal of interest was manifested in the biennial election of a new council, and the new Council, with the exception of the Mayor, is practically the same as held 'office during the past two years. Mr J. A. lioggiero, who filled the office of Mayor with great credit to hiiasclf and the Borough during the past two years did not seek re-election, and this responsible office has now been taken by Mr John H.
