Hot beverages ary very welcome on cold days, and it they- are a little out of the ordinary tiny will bo so much more popular. Here are some novel oners: Egg Chocolate.—Take one pint miJk, one and a-haif teaspoonfuls grated sweet chocolate, one tablespoonful of sugar, on« egg. Mix the chocolate and s>ugar ,\ ith a very litth* milk. Boil the remaining milk and mix in. Cook iu a t'miivo saucepan t II thickening, then stii in the heatiu egg. Cook tor one and alialf minutes. Serve.
