Palmerston Barrister Appointed Magistrate

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 25. The appointment of Mr. L. G. H. Sinclair, barrister and solicitor, or Palmerston North, to the Magistracy was announced yesterday by the Minister of Justice (Hon. H. G. R. Mason). Mr. Sinclair, who will fill the vacancy caused by the death oi Mr. S. M. Goodall, will take up duty as a Magistrate at Auckland early in the New Year. Mr. Sinclair, who for 12 years before being mobilised for military service in 1942, was in practice in Palmerston North, has been on service with the Western Pacific High Commission.
