Courts for Trial of Minor War Criminals

Beceived Tuesday, 8.40 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 24. The Allied Control Council in Berlin has issued a decree establishing Courts to try war criminals not being tried by the Allied Tribunal at Nuremberg. The Courts are empowered to pass death sentences. German Courts in the American zone of Germany will in future be trying all offences and crimes committed under the Nazi regime by the Germans or nationals of a State not belonging to the United Nations against others of such nationalities, if the acts are punishable under German law.
