Mental Patient Still At Large

(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Nov. 26.

Extensive searches carried out by the police to-day failed to reveal any trace of Colin David Jarvis, aged 20, the only one of the four patients who escaped from the Auckland Mental Hospital on Thursday afternoon, who is still at liberty. Throughout the day parties of searchers covered a wide area ip the Henderson district, while others pursued information given by people in Mission Bay. A large number of telephone calls from all over Auckland followed, but iu each case where the suspect was found, it was invariably a case of mistaken identity. At a late hour police patrols were still out.
