New International Body Formed

Received Sunday, 7.30 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 11. A new International organisation ’’TJnesco” (UnitedNations’ Education, Scientific and Cultural Organisation) will he established, with its permanent seat probably in Paris, as a result of an agreement reached at the conference at present being held in London. The main object of the new body, as laid down in the preamble to the draft constitution, is to establish the four freedoms— namely, freedom of movement and sojourn, freedom of worship of Almighty God, freedom from molestation and freedom from the denial of a person’s right to work wherever he may be. Five commissions appointed by the conference are framing draft proposals for the conference, which will resume its full plenary session probably on November 14.
