War Criminal Seeks Deferment of Trial
Received Friday, 7.5 p.m. NUREMBERG, Nov. 8. The War Crimes Tribunal has announced that it will hold a special session to hear a motion filed by Krupp von Bohlen’s counsel that the charges against him he deferred until he is fit for his trial. A medical commission reported on the prisoner, who is believed to be paralysed on on© Bide and is almost unable to talk, says Reuter’s Nuremberg correspondent.
