Truman May Be in London’s Victory Parade

Received Friday, 8 p.m. LONDON, April JO. Proposals for the visit of the President of the United States for the victory parade in London soon after the end of the German war have not been abandoned and an invitation has been extenaed to President and Mrs. Truman who would be the guests of the government and stay at Buckingham Palace. Mrs. Roosevelt may visit London in a private capacity as her son, Brigadier Elliot Roosevelt, who is serving with an aerial photography unit has asked her to return with him.
