13 Killed in U.S. Plane Crash Near Perth
Keceived Thursday, 11.20 p.m.
SYDNEY, April 19. Thirteen persons were killed when a United States service aircraft crashed into Gooseberry Hill, 17 miles from Perth in a thick fog early this morning. There were no survivors. Residents in the vicinity were awakened by the roar of a iow-flying aircraft and saw a mass of flames when it struck the hillside.
