HOUSE TO HOUSE COLLECTION Impartial observers declare there no better lighters on the allied sidf than the New Zealanders indeed that they are second to none for initiative, stamina and dash. It can also be said there is no army better supported by its people with “extras” than the New Zealand forces. Britain, with its strictly rationed cupboard has not the articles available whilst the people of other countries are in a worse plight. New Zealanders are modestly pleased w r ith the success of their patriotic work and locally arrangements are in traiu for the annual house to house collection which will take place on Monday next, between 6 and 7.30 jp.m.
