Great Opportunities for Trade with India
Received Wednesday, 5.5 p.m. SYDNEY, April 18. Sir Datar Singh, leader of the Indian trade delegation on his return to Australia after two weeks in New Zealand, said he had found there were great opportunities for the development of reciprocal trade between India and New Zealand. Agreements would be negotiated for the exchange of dairy products, wool and woollen articles for textiles, jute, tea, coffee and other commodities. The delegation left Sydney to-day on return to India.
