Stalin Just Went on Working

Received Thursday, 10.45 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 21,

Most Soviet workers will not even know of Marshal Stalin’s 65th birthday to-day, but Mr. Churchill knew it and sent a cable of greeting. The Russians do not pay much attention to the birthdays of their prominent people and there are never any celebrations. Stalin to-day will just go on working as usual in the Kremlin.
