Must be Only One Armed Force in France

Received Sunday, 8.50 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 29. The French Government has ordered the dissolution of the “Patriotic Militia,” the Communist Resistance Movement which worked with the French Forces of the Interior. The F;ench Government decree also outlaws all remaining armed groups in France which have not affiliated with the army or police. Members of the groups are oidered to hand over their arms and report at Government training centres. The decree says: ' The period of ii.su. rection is over.”
